Vicky Costa has over 15 years of experience in the Bay Area’s staffing industry, excelling in leadership roles at Robert Half and the DeWinter Group, where she was a top producer and award-winning manager. In her last role, she expanded the brand by partnering with companies from start-ups to Fortune 500s, delivering tailored Finance and Accounting staffing solutions. Known for her strategic approach and deep client relationships, she has a proven track record of driving business success. Now, as co-founder of OCM Partners, Vicky is focused on providing customized consulting services to businesses of all sizes. Melissa Yeung-Manuevo has a background in operational accounting, finance, and recruitment. Melissa started her career at Deloitte and then held progressive accounting and finance roles at eBay & PayPal. Most recently, Melissa was the Managing Director and Vice President of recruiting. Today, as a co-founder at OCM Partners, she specializes in guiding accounting and finance candidates through their job search with expertise and professionalism. Shane Oberg is the former CEO of the DeWinter Group, a leading Accounting, Finance, and Technology consulting firm with offices in the Bay Area & Boston. Under his leadership, the company grew into a $100M+ staffing firm with over 100 Employees supporting some of the Most Valuable companies in the world. In 2020, he successfully guided the business through a private equity transaction and stepped away from the business in 2024 to take a year off and enjoy time with his family. Prior to DeWinter Group, Shane held various positions at Robert Half in the Bay Area and Hawaii.
