Shane is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OCM Partners, a Bay Area-based recruiting and consulting firm. Previously serving as CEO of the DeWinter Group, a leading Accounting, Finance, and Technology staffing firm with offices in the Bay Area and Boston, he grew the company into a $100M+ business with over 100 employees supporting some of the world’s most valuable companies. In 2020, Shane successfully guided DeWinter Group through a private equity transaction before stepping away in 2024 to take a year off with his family.

Vicky has over 15 years of experience in the Bay Area’s staffing industry, having held leadership roles at Robert Half and the DeWinter Group, where she was a top producer and award-winning manager. In that role, she expanded the brand’s reach by partnering with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500s, delivering tailored Finance and Accounting staffing solutions. She also brings earlier experience from Solyndra and Apple. Known for her strategic approach and deep client relationships, Vicky has a proven track record of driving business success.

Melissa has a background in operational accounting, finance, and recruitment. She began her career at Deloitte before holding progressive accounting and finance roles at eBay, PayPal, and Magento Commerce, as well as at the DeWinter Group. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Vice President of Recruiting. Today, as Co-Founder of OCM Partners, she specializes in guiding accounting and finance candidates through their job search with expertise and professionalism.

Jessica specializes in finance and accounting staffing, connecting companies with the right talent and helping professionals find roles where they can thrive. With over 15 years in the industry, she has built deep relationships on both sides of the hiring equation. Before joining OCM Partners, Jessica served as Vice President of Consulting Services at DeWinter Group, where she led talent placement and consulting initiatives across a range of clients.

Hannah partners with Finance and Accounting professionals to connect them with roles across the region. As part of OCM Partners’ recruiting team, she brings a relationship-driven, white-glove approach to every search — supporting both clients and candidates through the hiring process with attentiveness and care.

Kristine is Director of Consulting Services at OCM Partners, bringing over 15 years of experience in sales and Finance & Accounting staffing. A motivated professional, she strives to build deep, trusting relationships with both clients and colleagues, and excels at establishing strong networks and maintaining lasting connections with customers. Known for her leadership qualities, Kristine is highly respected by her teammates and has been recognized as one of the top Accounting & Finance producers in the Bay Area. Prior to OCM Partners, she held roles at Robert Half, Accountemps, C5 Interactive Group, and Brand Ingenuity Group.

With over 8 years of experience in the staffing industry, Katy has worked with Accounting and Finance candidates of all levels under the CFO organization, supporting their job search through a consultative approach, deep expertise, and professionalism. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Katy is known for the strong, relationship-driven network she brings to every search. She holds a degree from the University of Mississippi.

Vicky is a Recruiting Manager specializing in Accounting and Finance, based in the San Jose area. She brings a strong background in staffing, having built an extensive network of relationships throughout her recruiting career. Vicky holds a degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Serf is a seasoned operations and technology leader with over 20 years of experience, including a strong background in staffing and recruiting. He specializes in aligning business objectives with technology architecture to fuel innovation and process improvement — from architecting scalable tech stacks to driving automation that turns manual processes into efficient workflows. Serf bridges technology and business outcomes for Sales, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition teams, bringing financial acumen and cross-functional collaboration to every initiative. With a proven track record in growth hacking and digital transformation, he leverages AI, systems integration, and data-driven insight to deliver measurable results.

Alex leads OCM Partners, specializing in Finance and Accounting recruitment across the Bay Area market.

Sarah manages client relationships and ensures every placement aligns with technical requirements and company culture.

Michael guides finance professionals, providing career support and connecting them with strong opportunities.

Emily oversees internal operations and strategic initiatives to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Daniel leads Bay Area recruiting efforts, building strong connections with companies and top finance talent.

Olivia manages recruitment processes and identifies highly skilled accounting and finance professionals.

Jason develops OCM’s marketing strategy and brand presence across the finance recruitment industry.

Priya focuses on improving internal processes and delivering high-quality services for clients and candidates.

Thomas manages financial insights and performance analytics to support OCM’s strategic growth.

Rachel leads internal HR initiatives and ensures the team maintains a professional and collaborative culture.

Laura focuses on executive-level placements and helps companies find strong financial leadership talent.

Throughout her career, she has helped companies, from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations, solve complex Finance and Accounting talent needs. Today, she is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OCM Partners, where she leads for the firm’s sales strategy, market expansion, and brand strategy.

Jessica began her recruiting career right out of college and brings over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting staffing across the Bay Area. Throughout her career, she has built deep, long-standing relationships with finance and accounting leaders while helping companies identify top talent and professionals find opportunities where they can thrive.

Prior to OCM Partners, Jessica spent her career at Robert Half and DeWinter Group, where she was a multi-year top producer at both organizations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Consulting Services at DeWinter Group, partnering with companies across the Bay Area on a wide range of finance and accounting hiring and consulting needs.

Serf brings over 20 years of experience as an operations and technology leader, with a strong background in the staffing and recruiting industry. Throughout his career, he has specialized in aligning business objectives with technology architecture to fuel innovation and process improvement, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business outcomes for Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting teams. His work centers on driving automation and digital transformation, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to optimize complex workflows. Today, he is the VP of Operations at OCM Partners, where he utilizes systems integration and financial acumen to deliver measurable growth and operational efficiency for the firm.

Hannah partners with Finance and Accounting professionals, connecting exceptional talent with new opportunities. As a member of OCM Partners’ recruiting team, she brings more than seven years of experience and a relationship-driven, high-touch approach to every search. Hannah is committed to building lasting relationships and providing a thoughtful, personalized experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. She holds a degree from UC Davis.

With over ten years of experience in the staffing industry, Katy has supported Accounting and Finance candidates of all levels under the CFO organization through a consultative approach, deep expertise, and professionalism during their job search. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Katy is known for the strong, relationship-driven network she brings to every search. She holds a degree from the University of Mississippi.

Prior to joining OCM Partners, she held key roles at Robert Half and other growth-focused organizations.
